Welcome to Wellness Wednesday
MarileeAll right, everyone. Welcome to another episode of Wellness Wednesday. We love this space, and it's always an honor to be able to join you and bring different experts to this conversation. And tonight is no exception to that. I love what we talk about here. And if you've been on Wellness Wednesday before, you know that we talk about cellular health. In order to get well, fix the cell. In order to age well, fix the cell. It all comes back to cellular health, that foundational piece.
Why We Age Faster Than We Should
MarileeAnd tonight we're gonna be talking about just a topic that I think, well, I will, I'll just tell you, I'm 57 years old and I'm definitely understanding this space in this conversation. But my name is Marilee Merisic. So glad to be with you guys tonight. Always love hosting. And honestly, the topic that we chose tonight to bring to the table is why we age faster than we should. And boy, I don't know. I remember my mom telling me when I was young that time just starts to go faster every single year that you get older, right? Boy, is that the truth. And honestly,
The Excitement Around Aging Well and Cellular Health
Marileethe the most exciting piece to this is we have so many tools that are available to really help us age well and beautifully. And I love what we're gonna be talking about tonight. So I am joined by my very special guest who's just become a favorite here at Wellness Wednesday, Kelly
Meet Kellie and Her Background in Wellness and Longevity
MarileeLepshaw, who is just a brilliant soul. You've heard her, you know, she always brings so much knowledge to the table. And she is just, she's an amazing woman, but she's a wife and a mother. She specializes in wellness. She has been a physical therapist in this space. She specializes in women's health and in longevity. And it's just, she's just perfect for this conversation. So, Kelly, before we get started, I would love to just toss it to you for a minute and just share really a little bit more about your background and why you're so passionate about this conversation.
KellieThank
Kellie’s Passion for Helping People Stay Well
Kellieyou so much, Marilee. And honestly, I think we can't hear it enough. Like, I love these wellness Wednesdays, but I love all of us. Like our life gets busy. We hear things and we hope to implement and we hope to apply, but life gets busy and we get distracted. And so knowing that you guys are here, hearing it again, bringing it in a different way, maybe hearing it from a different speaker is like, oh my goodness, yes, I'm ready to implement. And so I hope tonight hopes helps you take that next step into that implementation, into your life. So you're 100% right, Marilee. I've been in the wellness space for over 30 years and I've been a physical therapist helping people recover from injury and illnesses, which I've absolutely loved.
Why Prevention Matters More Than Recovery
KellieBut I really realized that I would rather help people stay well than to help them get well after they've been sick. Because I think of any of you, either if it's in your journey, you've had a loved one's journey, a family's journey, somebody that you know, the energy, the effort, the exhaustion, the finance, the time, like everything to get better is a challenge. And I can even very speak for me personally, is a couple months ago, I ended up with a pretty serious back injury. And I
Kellie’s Personal Health and Healing Experience
Kellieam pretty diligent and religious on my health and doing the right things. But it was just the perfect storm that my back was ready to have it, have a little issue. But for me, three months of appointments and time and energy and effort in the healing and the money, I'm just so blessed that I could do it. And so I want you guys to understand like longevity is in your hands and it's a choice
Longevity Is a Choice and a Lifestyle
Kellieof do I even let's just roll the dice and see what happens? Or do I really take control? And what I've realized is so many people are aging so much faster than really they need to. And that's what I found out as I transitioned from my 40s into my 50s, and I'm here, you know, gonna be 54 shortly. I really realized, again,
The Wake Up Call of Midlife Health Challenges
Kelliein my early 40s, that either I'm gonna be the next person that gets the phone call to my friends of a chronic illness, an autoimmune, a cancer, because I was seeing that everywhere in my life, or I could do something about it. So
Thriving Instead of Simply Surviving
KellieI became extremely passionate about how do I help myself age differently? How do I help myself go? I don't have to be the one suffering. I can actually be thriving. And so, does it take energy, effort, education, knowledge? It does. But that's what's the fun part is now that I've gone through that season of my life, I can bring that to others. So truly, Marilee, it's a such a gift
Supporting the Body Through Education and Wellness
Kelliein my online programs, in my podcasts that I run to really help people, specifically because I've been a woman and I've seen it and I see women's health and wellness like really needing to be in the limelight. But it's for everybody because honestly, right now I see men kind of being in the shadows of health and wellness, because women
Understanding Accelerated Aging and Modern Stressors
Kelliewith hormones and this, like they're on the forefront that men are kind of like, oh, you just figured out and you're fine. But they're in the same boat that we are. And so right now I just like to say we're humans. In humans, we all need to be here together to support each other because whether it's our partner, whether it's a brother or sister, whoever it is in your life, we all want to age well together.
MarileeI love that. And I love that you're passionate about this. And you're so right. Men are as much a part of this picture as women. And it's really exciting that there are tools out there to help us. And I know you and I are experiencing some of those, and it's just it's been amazing to see what's possible. So I'm gonna jump into a few questions as we kind of just walk through this. And so I've jotted them down. So kind of let's let's start with the first one as you we kind of walk through this conversation together tonight. But we've been taught that aging is just a normal part of life. But why, Kelly, do you think that many people today seem to be aging faster than previous generations? And what's really driving this accelerated aging process?
KellieThis is probably the biggest aha, if you can wrap your head around it, to then move forward. Because on a chronological basis, yes, every single day, we every single one of us is aging. That's a given. We cannot change that. However, if we look back at the history of not necessarily our parents, no matter how old you are on this call today, but not just your parents, but your grandparents, or potentially if you ever knew or aware of your great-grandparents and the lifestyle they lived and the world of exposure of what they were exposed to. Life was very simple. There was no such thing as processed foods. There was no such thing as dyes, artificial sugars. Most people worked pretty much a physical hard labor work. Of course, no one had access to internet, cell phones, constant communication like that never existed. People lived in a life where it was really like built on the circadian rhythm. And so longevity for them was I really hope, like, I don't get in an accident, right? To die early. Of course, they didn't have a lot of modern medicine of what we have today. So, yes, was lifespan maybe shorter? Maybe lifespan was shorter, but health span was almost equal to lifespan for our great grandparents. And today, all of a sudden, that's not the case. Health span is not equal to lifespan. We may be living longer because we have the technology to live longer as far as traditional medicine. But where we are in the vitality that we can travel around the world, we can do what we want, we can, you know, be 85 and vibrate. I mean, I just took my mom at 81 to Europe for 15 days and walked an average of 20,000 steps a day, right? But I've been on a mission for her of her health and wellness and longevity. And I want that for me. But we didn't have chemicals, toxins, plastics,
Oxidative Stress and What It Does to the Body
Kelliepollutions. I could go on and on, but I think one of the biggest drivers for accelerated aging is we are expected to be everything, know everything, do everything. So this constant overload, this constant distraction. And whether it's social media, whether it be anything in our life, it's like, oh, let me volunteer at the church. Oh, let me respond to 10 messages. Oh, I need to go do this. Oh, I've got to make sure my house is clean. Oh, I run the CEO of this company. Oh, like it is so much. That constant overload of stress and cortisol is truly compounded with chemical chemicals, toxins, plastics, and all of that, right? You make the perfect storm. And it's no wonder at 40 today, the 40-year-old looks like a 60-year-old 100 years ago. This accelerated aging is a really big deal. And we're not only seeing it in us as adults, we're seeing it in our children. And that's where it's the scary part is they're getting diseases that were once never childhood diseases because of this metabolic health. And the body is so, I'll say, just out of sync, right? Because of the world that we're in. And it's uh, we either have to say, I understand it and I'm gonna make the changes, or I'm gonna ignore it and I too will just follow the track of accelerated aging. And you're gonna, you one day will wake up and not only not feel well, but you'll wake up with honestly a quote diagnosis.
MarileeI think this is a really important conversation because awareness is everything. And especially when we're talking about younger generations, if you have the ability to just, you know, know a little bit more, be aware, take action, it's it's key. It really is key. So I love that we're talking about this because honestly, education's everything. So let me ask you this. So most people think that aging starts when wrinkles show up or hormones start to shift. I know I've kind of been in that hormone shift stage, but does that actually begin much deeper to cellular level years earlier? And what are some of the first signs the body is aging faster than it should? Oh my gosh.
KellieAll right, you guys. Well, you know what's so fascinating is I'm I am not an individual that like is high on vanity, but I will say when I hit my 40s and I really was like, oh my gosh, like where did these forehead crevices come from? And then where did this gray hair come from? Like it kind of came out of nowhere on me. And I think it's because you were just living life and then you notice something, right? Like I think a lot of us just all of a sudden notice something. And it it kind of caught me of if I'm seeing it now, where did it come from? And how long has it been brewing? Quote. My my dear friend and colleague that runs a lot of my women's programs with me, Dr. Heidi Aratzabal, that her and I really talk about what we're doing today, is what's going to show up in your in 20 years from now. So then we have to ask ourselves, whatever age we are, what's showing up now? Well, what was I doing in 20 years earlier?
Why Energy Recovery and Resilience Decline With Age
KellieAnd for most of us, we were in the thick of life. We're in the thick of things. We weren't really even thinking about aging or disease. We were just going. And whether you were in your 20s, your 30s, or your 40s, it's pretty easy at that time just to kind of roll with life, right? It's like, oh, and then one day we were just like, ooh, ooh, do I need another cream? Do I need a little potion? Do I need to let something? I don't know. And we kind of don't know. That is the real thing. What we see on the outside are our skin, our hair, our nails. It shows up very quick. Those cells over turn over quite rapidly. And so honestly, if we're seeing it on the outside, what we don't see is what's happening on the inside. And so this whole rapid aging process, we could say, like, is it a normal process that we get wrinkles or gray hair or just don't feel as well or as much energy? Okay, it is true. As we biologically, you know, or I should say chronologically age, it is true. Your body is turning cells over, it does slow down. However, where we are today, it's we shouldn't think of it as the hormone shift. We shouldn't think of it as the wrinkles. It's, oh, if we see those things, that means inside at a cellular level, something's gone awry. And what we used to think is, well, it's just, it's just genetics or it's just aging. The exciting part is the technology. What we know now with longevity and how fast technology is changing is we can actually support our body to actually slow things down. So we can gain that vitality back or maybe never lose it. That would actually even be better, right? Like if we're in our 20s, knowing that aging starts in our early 20s. Because again, if you guys think about years in the past, people didn't live that long. People had children very early in life, and they died in their 40s and 50s. And that was the life cycle. And then it was a little longer in their 50s and 60s. But it's like, oh, the body's just telling us a story. That's really what it is. And I want you to know like, what story are you writing? And today I love the fact that, yes, should you take control with the basics, I preach the basics like sleep, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, like get out of stress and burnout. Like those are things that are easy and should be basics that most people are overlooking. But even more exciting is there is technology today to support our body to truly turn back not the chronological clock, but our biological clock. So we do not need to wait for the gray hair, for the wrinkles, for the aches and pains to take control.
MarileeIt's so true. And I just have to, I have to tuck a little bit of my story in here. So I've shared this a little bit before on Wellness Wednesdays, but I actually have been biohacking, activating for just over 10 and a half years. And when I started really paying attention, had some functional blood health done. So, like very comprehensive blood panel done a couple years ago. First time I did it, I was 55 years old. And it was really amazing to have it come back and
The Connection Between Hormones Sleep and Inflammation
Marileesay that, you know, chronologically you're 55 years old, but I was 16.1 years younger biologically. And I literally had zero systemic inflammation. Like I my jaw dropped. I could not believe it. And it was just basically said, whatever you're doing, keep doing it. This is amazing. Well, literally one year later, had the same panel done, same things tested. One year older, I was well, a year older chronologically, but I was 18.3 years younger biologically. So does this work and what we're talking about tonight and what we're gonna share even more about? Absolutely. So I love this. I'm just gonna jump into our next question, unless you want to comment on that.
KellieWell, I will, I will just comment a little bit. So I will have to say, you guys, like here I was traveling around Europe. So I've got my daughter who's 21 and my mom who's 81, right? So the three of us in three generations, people knew immediately, because they're like, oh my gosh, we see your eyes. Like it was, we didn't have to tell them like this was like daughter, mom, and grandma, right? It was obvious. But no one, every single person we met could not believe that I was almost 54. Like, literally, they're like, you're 44. Like, there is no way. And they said the same thing about my mother at 81. There is no way she is traveling and doing all of this. But we have been activated and taking our health very seriously for 12 years now. So it's not by chance or accident, it's from making conscious decisions, Marile.
MarileeAbsolutely. I love it. We're living proof. And you do not look your age. So I love that. Keep doing what you're doing, Kelly. Right? Like, let's go. Let's go, right? Okay, I've got another question for you. So, one of the things that we've been talking a lot about lately, especially on Wellness Wednesday, is oxidative stress and why we say it all starts with yellow. Kind of a new tagline if you've been seeing it around. But for someone hearing that phrase for the first time, can you explain why oxidative stress is such a foundational piece of the aging conversation?
KellieThis is absolute essential question. And it's also imperative that you understand this. So when we talk about oxidative stress, if you look at commercials, if you look at anything you're reading books, the word oxidative stress probably still is unfamiliar to you. It's not a commonality. Just recently, people are talking a little bit about oxidative stress. If you're maybe talk look listening to Dr. Casey Mean's book, right? Like Good Energy. There are a few doctors out there really highlighting it, but the average individual still has no idea what the word oxidative stress even means. So let me back that up for all of us listening today and in the future. If you're listening to this, is what does oxidative stress mean? Oxidative stress is the rusting, the aging, the degradation of something. So oxidative stress could be you've got a bicycle outside and the rain and the sun, all of a sudden, over time, you're you notice there's rusting on your bike, or maybe your car, especially if you like live in the Midwest or there's a lot of snow and like you start to see a lot of rusting. That is oxidation. It's the same thing that we have with food. You leave an apple out on your counter and you cut it, you leave it, and all of a sudden you're like, oh my gosh, how did that like it turns so brown? And then your kids don't want to eat it. You're like, just cut that part off. It's actually just okay, but cut that off. But it's the energy exchange of oxygen that's causing it to degrade. Well, that happens to us and
Mitochondria Cellular Health and Longevity Explained
Kellieevery single cell inside of us, but we just don't see it. So we don't think about it. So when we talk about oxidative stress, it's the damage to the cell at the level that now your cells can't fire on all cylinders. They're a little bit like, oh gosh, I was functioning at 100%, but now it's not only 90 or 80, but for some of us, that oxidative damage could be as much as maybe we're only functioning at 50% at that cellular level. So of course, when people are like, I'm struggling with energy or sleep or weight, well, this oxidative stress, because it happens at a cell, therefore it affects every single organ and in turn it affects every single system. And therefore, you don't feel good. And here most of us are chasing our symptoms, like, oh, but I have this, I have that, let me fix this symptom. But really, we need to fix the systems. And when we're talking about oxidative stress at a cellular level, that's what we're talking about. How can we actually boost the power plant inside all of us? Because we were born, right, with everything we need to heal, repair, live well, but honestly, we don't treat it so well. We have one human person that we need to protect and we don't get a second chance. And so this oxidative stress is something that can lead to disease. It's not a disease, aging isn't disease, but it can lead to disease issues, disease processes. This oxidative stress is damage to the cell, which leads to damage to processes and organs, which ultimately could lead you, every one of us is different, to a disease process in the future. So it's a big deal to be able to address it.
MarileeI agree, totally agree with you. It's foundational. And when people ask, like, where do I start? That's where you start, right?
KellieThat's where you start. If you can fix that, and you know, to kind of like jump right into that is this little yellow pill, this little yellow little activator that is per tandem NRF2. The most wild thing is if you look at research and technology over the past 20 years, it's on a rocket shift of what we're seeing everywhere. But nothing in the past 20 years has even touched per tandem NRF2 and the capability of what this can do. Because when we're talking about this oxidative stress, by literally taking one little yellow pill per tandem NRF2 a day, it can reduce this oxidative stress by an average of 40% in 30 days. And so, I mean, Marile, when I saw that and knew the link to disease processes and ultimately disease down the line, I'm like, if I can just have cellular insurance and reduce my risk of disease by that 40%, why would I ever not take this? Like, this is this the secret weapon, your silver bullet. The if you're looking for one thing to support your body's health and wellness, which most people would reach for just like a general multivitamin, no, no, no. Reach for the NRF2 activator because it is so widespread at the level. Of our genes. When we look at root cause and we want to go as much upstream to treat root cause as we can, you cannot get any further up root cause than working at the level of the
Practical Wellness Habits That Support Healthy Aging
Kelliegenes. And that's what protonum and NRF2 can do in reducing your oxidative stress.
MarileeAnd that's why we get so excited here and we can't say it enough. Everybody needs it. It's just foundation. It's foundational. Okay, so let me ask you this. Let's talk about mitochondria because people hear that word all the time now. But how are oxidative stress and mitochondria connected when it comes to energy, recovery, cognition, metabolism, and actually how we age?
KellieYou guys are very, very closely linked. And I love the fact I've been kind of reading the chat, and one of my friends is in there chatting about her cellular age and biological age and how much with all of this her biological age is going down. But the a lot of drivers to that is your mitochondrial health, because mitochondria gives you the energy, not just like, oh, I feel energized today. I'm not talking about that kind of energy. It gives every cell the energy to do its job. So if you think about nerve two and oxidative stress, we live life, we collect garbage, dead cells, broken things, energy. We use and expose energy. We need to get rid of it all. Okay. But as we get rid of it, we need energy to do the process. It's the exact same thing that a machine. A machine has exhaust, your car has exhaust. You got to put gas in it back to give it the fuel to do it again. You need that fuel. The fuel is what our mitochondria does. It's the powerhouse of the cell. It creates ATP. You guys, this is not a bio, you know, a biology lesson. But I think if you're into health and wellness, and if you're listening to Wellness Wednesday today, that this is important to you. You've heard about mitochondria. You understand you need healthy mitochondria, but maybe you're like, well, that's great, but how do I do it? What do I do about it? This damage, if you have too much oxidative stress and you don't address that, it damages your mitochondria. Now you don't have the energy to do what you need to do. So by supporting your body to reduce oxidative stress, which again, per tandem NRF2, reduces that oxidative stress. Now your mitochondria goes, Oh, thank you so much. I can produce the energy and do what I need to do. So it's a two-fold system. But mitochondria literally, now that they're understanding, they're understanding the aging process, they're understanding issues that children are having. So many diseases and disorders are a mitochondrial dysfunction. But how it shows up in your body merely or my body or other children's body, it's going to be different. But it's all about do your mitochondria have the health, the strength, the robust ability to do the job and give us the energy for the processes. We kind of take it for granted, right? We wake up in the morning, we just do our job, we have no idea these cellular processes are happening. But again, if we want to be well, then we have to fix the cell. So that's what it really goes back to is reducing that oxidative stress, boosting the energy so that we can have the function of a younger you per se.
MarileeIt's so true, Kelly. And I know we are talking about activators. And I'm just gonna throw this one at you because you're really kind of on this vein with the Nerf two and the Nerf One. What, why is it so unique when you can activate that process in your body? Can you just touch on that real quick before I throw another question?
KellieA hundred percent. So all we've ever known, and this is just because of marketing, advertising, buying is we go get something to fill a deficiency. It, you know, whether we're talking about health and we like, oh, I'm lacking vitamin D, I better take vitamin D. I'm lacking this, I better take this. I don't have an outfit to match, so I better go buy this, right? Like we're always like filling the void. And we do this everywhere in our life. But what our bodies were designed to is operate without needing the external. The body actually has the ability to have processes to make proteins, peptides, enzymes, antioxidants, but we have to make it do that. There, this is a new science of never before have we been able to actually activate processes.
Supporting Women Through Midlife Changes
KellieIt's possible, but people haven't found out a way until Livevanage as the activation company. And now Protandem NRF2 can activate when we say the Nerve 2 pathway, and you're like, those sounds Greek to me. Yeah, it's like Greek letters, but we're not talking about like the Greek system in college, you guys. We're talking about activating the master regulator of genetic expression, truly, of what it's doing, of turning on these processes. And then, of course, with the NRF1, when we talk about mitochondrial health, this isn't a mitochondrial supplement. You can go look online, and there are now hundreds of mitochondrial supplements that say we support mitochondrial health. This is different. It is activating the body's ability to make bigger, stronger mitochondria to heal itself. So instead of just like getting a little bit from an external source, the body says, no, no, no, we have the capability of making our own. And this is how we do it. And that is what's so powerful. And it's a differentiator in the wellness space. And it's why we're the leader of wellness.
MarileeI couldn't agree more. It it's it's just so profound. I've been doing this for over 10 and a half years, and I absolutely can't get over what this does. And you've seen some of the stories in the chat. If you haven't, there's so many testimonies. It's incredible. But you've touched on this a little bit, but I don't want to let anything miss. So so many people are really trying to do healthy things. They're eating better. We've talked about that. They're working out, they're taking supplements, they're trying different wellness strategies. And Lord knows there's so many things out there, yet they still feel exhausted. They still feel inflamed, foggy, and they feel stuck. And I've seen people hold big gallon-sized bags of supplements and things. They're trying all the things. They're really trying, but they're still feeling stuck. So, why do foundational systems in the body need support first before any of those other things can actually work?
KellieI want to really simplify this for all of us. The body has processes it needs to do. And if these processes slow down, anything extra we add in cannot work. And it can be your protein, it can be your workout, it can be other nutraceuticals, it can be any, you know, hormone replacement therapy. Anything extra we're doing, if the body cannot work at a cellular level, it's like, good luck. We we cannot do this. And that's why when we talk about it's foundational, it's what you need to be first. We kind of say we it starts with yellow, right? What you do first is turn these processes back on. I don't know if any of you have ever had the power go out and you have like, where's the where's the where's our breaker? Where's it the garage? You get your flashlight. I need to flip the master breaker. When we're talking about these products of activation, it's the master breakers inside of us. Once we flip those on, everything else is amplified. So we're gonna simplify our health by activating, that then we'll activate all the other positive things that you're doing in your health. And we gotta just keep it that simple of start with cleaning up the cell, then everything else can amplify.
MarileeSo, so true. So let me throw this other last, we're getting close to the end here, but based on everything that we talked about today, Kelly. So, why does it make sense to start with protonum nerve two as a foundational, that yellow piece first, and then
How Lifestyle Choices Influence Long Term Health
Marileelayer other things? You mentioned apple um amplification. So then layering other things like collagen to support or mitochondrial support on top of that. There's multiple things we can layer. Can you talk about that?
KellieYeah, so let me give you guys this example. Let's just say your trash company in your area went on strike and no one's picking up your trash. I've been in New York before when people were not trucking up, picking up the trash. It was not good. But if you can imagine, like, okay, your trash is full, but like a week goes by, it didn't pick it up, no big deal. Two weeks goes by, three weeks goes by, four weeks goes by, and now you're thinking, like, what am I gonna do with this trash? Like, I can't do anything else. I have so much trash, okay? But you're like, let's repaint the house, let's fix the yard, but you've got trash everywhere. It's not possible. You cannot do that. Well, in the body, at a cellular level, when we have trash, this inflammation and oxidative stress, and everything starts going down from the level of us making antioxidants, our body's detoxification, all of the normal processes slowed down. If you don't address that, good luck. Honestly, whatever else you're spending on organic food, extra supplements, extra hormones, peptides, you name it out there, nothing will land because there's too much trash in the way. The systems are not ready to operate, the conveyor belts can't move, your body's at a standstill. So it is just essential to start. And I love the fact that we all want to be healthy and well. But I don't want you to ever waste your time, energy, effort, money, any of it on anything else. So if you can start with per tandem NRF2, reducing that oxidative stress, getting things to work better, making your genes the set of your genes. Again, you guys, this is the most upstream root cause we can get. If the genes can work optimally, so your good genes are on and your bad genes are off. You, I mean, I love DNA, I love genetics, ring it. I think everybody should know it, but most people don't. So here's the thing you want your good genes on and your bad genes off. That's just it. No matter what yours is, this is what Protandum NRF2 can do. You get your genes right, you get your body operating right, and all of a sudden, it's like, oh, how did I'm sleeping better? Oh, my energy seems a little better. Oh, those aches and pains are better. Wow, my energy is better. You layer on now mitochondrial health. Like, wow, I'm supercharging my energy. And then really there's a fork in the road. And this is where Marilee and I, you know, were talking about we, I I could take a lot of products for health because I I want to, I'm gonna have a long health span. But as a physical therapist, first and foremost, when per when LifeVantage came out with a liquid-activated collagen, I was like, hmm, not sure where this will land. But everything the company does activates the body. We take it to make it. When your body can make collagen, which is the scaffolding of our body, it's like my joints are better, my ligaments are better, it my blood vessels are better, my brain health is better, my gut lining is better. OMG, it's pretty profound. And unlike most companies when they develop products, most of the time it's one product at a time. And they don't even look at what products do together. What I will say is the research and the time and energy and effort and the funding that LifeANage has done in not only putting in a single product, but how when they work together, you will never see that in any other company. And I love that. So Protonum Nerf 2 plus collagen has an amazing patent that it just got. The research of how it activates the body's cellular stress defense is incredible. And this isn't the time to actually go into those details, but ask whoever kind of invited you like, tell me more about this. This is interesting. It used to be my favorite little duo stack together. I mean, granted, I'll never stop with platanum NRF2 and NRF1 because we got to take out the trash, we got to

Kellieboost our energy for mitochondria. But that collagen is super special. And then I'll roll right into the next part, Marilee, that you and I were going to talk about is there is a the newest activation product on the market right now, and it's called PD4, meaning there's 84 phytonutrients. It launched in October. It's not just 84 micronutrients, it's 84 micronutrients in synergy that turn on 14 peptides in our own gut to regulate, repair, and restore. So if anybody knows anything about functional medicine, you know to heal a leaky gut, you need four, five, six products to cover all of that. You have one product that can activate all those systems. And I am somebody who had had small, a little bit of gut disorder because of my genetics. And I tonight's tonight to go not to go into any of that. But the minute I started adding the combination with pro tandem and everything else and adding P84, bloating, gas, digestion, issues with different foods, a hundred percent gone. And even when I just traveled to Europe, I wouldn't, that's the one product I'm like, I will absolutely take with me every day because it's changed my life and I feel fabulous.
MarileeI love that you shared that because it really is the amplification. And my goodness, we've talked about a lot tonight. We've talked about Protandum Nerf 2 being foundational, Protandum NRF1. We've talked about the collagen, liquid collagen, fabulous product. Wouldn't live without it. We've talked about P84. And there's so many different things that we have as activators that can help the body. And I just love, love, love that we're having this conversation. And I think tonight you really helped connect the dots to why we say it all starts with yellow and why supporting the body foundationally matters so much when it comes to how we feel, function, and how we age. I have loved this conversation. And Kelly, I I thank you so much. Honestly, your wisdom, everybody loves hearing from you because you have a great way of helping to just describe it and break it down as such a great way. So before we wrap this up, any final thoughts on this topic tonight, my friend?
KellieYou know, I would just say if anybody's really brand new and you're like, I don't understand, Marilee, what are you talking about? It starts with yellow. I just want to make sure everybody knows. So Protandum NRF2 is a tablet that is yellow. And so we talk about yellow. It is yellow in color and it's made of five herbal ingredients. That's it. It's milk, thistle, turmeric, bacopa, ashwaganda, and green tea. Together in the specific blend, in the specific recipe, because you might be saying, Oh, I take two or three or four of those already. It's not about the individual ingredients, it's about this exact blend and synergy of what they do together that is able to amplify and turn on this nerve to pathway. But the pill itself is yellow. And so we say it truly starts the foundation of health with yellow and pro tandem NRF2. It's always a pleasure. Thank you, Marilee. And I hope you guys all don't just keep this knowledge to yourself, but share this with a friend, somebody that you love, that can change their health and their life as well.
