So many people live with joint pain every single day. They push through the stiffness, ignore the inflammation, and accept discomfort as something they simply have to live with. But what if joint pain is not just about getting older or worn out joints? What if the body is trying to communicate something deeper?
In this powerful conversation, Janet joins us to share over 40 years of experience helping people uncover the root causes behind chronic joint discomfort. Rather than focusing only on temporary relief, she explains why true wellness begins with understanding what is happening beneath the surface.
Together, we explore why inflammation is often misunderstood, how everyday habits may contribute to ongoing pain, and why many common solutions fail to create lasting change. Janet also shares practical ways to begin supporting the body naturally through foundational wellness strategies that promote mobility, flexibility, and overall health.

Welcome to Wellness Wednesday
SPEAKER_01Welcome to Wellness Wednesday. We are so thrilled that you are here. We have been doing Wellness Wednesdays for about three years because we believe that people deserve knowledge about topics they care about from people that they can trust and that might be out of the mainstream norm of how we look at things and how we talk about things. We know that it can be crazy and chaos in the wellness world right now, and you don't know where to turn because everybody has a different solution. But we are always coming back to the basics. We're always going to come back to the foundation. And we are thrilled that you're here. Wellness Wednesday is a podcast, and you can find the podcast on Spotify or Apple Podcasts. Please subscribe and tune in every single week to listen because there's a nude health topic every single week. But
About the Podcast and Finding Us on Spotify and Apple
SPEAKER_01we really believe that you can, when you fix the cell, you can be well, truly. And my name is Shauna Mucklow and I am from Nebraska. I became a wellness warrior, honestly, let's see, almost 10 years ago now. My doctor reached out and said, I have run across something that's the future of wellness. And it got me intrigued. And I took a look and it was all about cells and all about foundational health. And I just then became a person who wanted to learn every single day. I craved the knowledge and I craved to know more because growing up in the Midwest, I came from a family who didn't have a ton of knowledge. Let's be honest, about health and how to be proactive in your health. But I definitely had a yearning to put myself in a different position than my parents. I didn't want to be on medication at the end of life. So I really wanted to be proactive. So, and I get the honor of now introducing
Meet Dr. Janet: Chiropractor with 40 Years of Experience
SPEAKER_01my friend Dr. Janet, who is an expert in so many things, so many things. Not only is she beautiful, but she's a doctor and she has such a heart for people. That's my favorite thing about Janet since I've gotten to know her, is you can literally feel how much she deeply cares about people. And no wonder it's been her passion of life to help people, right? She has been practicing
How Dr. Janet Found Her Calling in 8th Grade
SPEAKER_01for over 40 years. And I would love to start out, Janet, by you telling everybody how did you become so passionate to be able to help people with their health? Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_00To tell you the truth, it actually started in eighth grade. And I was snow skiing with my brother-in-law who had just gotten out of chiropractic school. I'm I'm the baby of six kids. And so my older sister was married to a chiropractor. And I broke my leg skiing. And he said, Well, you can wait until we get off the slopes where I can set it. So that was the beginning of. And he said, Don't tell the doctors I said it because chiropractors aren't supposed to do broken bones. And I'm like, Well, you you kind of have to turn my foot the right way up because it won't fit on the sled. So in eighth grade, I kind of knew I wanted to be a chiropractor. And it's funny because I was raised on a ranch. And so we all have, when it comes time to working cows and things like that, we all have different jobs. And I couldn't even give our cows a shot. So I knew that I did not want to go on the medical route. I did not want to do blood and guts and all of that. But I wanted to do something with my hands. And so even in high school, I was passionate and did everything, went to the University of Arizona, went to chiropractic school, but I knew it a really, which is odd to know when you're in eighth grade what you want to be. So, but all of my family's in the medical field, I have anesthesiologists and OBGYN and you name it, and they're all retired. So that's what got me into wanting to do this, just being raised in the environment. And as far as Life Vantage goes, I've only been with Life Vantage for a year and a half. And it's all my fault that I've only been in a year and a half because Dr. Bramhol, everybody knows my story now, he tried for 10 years to get me involved in Life Vantage. And I kept on saying the timing's not right. So fast forward a year and a half ago when they launched the GLP, I said, okay, I want in. And the rest is kind of history because it just took off. I the science is what got me, but the results are what gets me so passionate and what I'm seeing with patients. And that's why when you asked me
Tonight's Topic: Joint Pain
SPEAKER_00being a chiropractor, when you said, Hey, we need someone to do a wellness Wednesday, we want to talk about like joint pain. I'm like, well, for 40 years, it's pretty much all I do is handle people with joint pain.
SPEAKER_01Well, let's talk about that. Joint pain is the topic tonight. Put a one in the chat if you deal with some type of joint pain or have and it's cumbersome, like it can be cumbersome, not only painful, but just doesn't allow you to live life, right? And so let's dive into that joint pain. What the heck is it? Why is it happening? What are you seeing? Tell us.
Who Gets Joint Pain? It Is Not Just an Aging Problem
SPEAKER_00Most people think it's just older people that get joint pain. You know, our knees start hurting as we get older, our hips, our shoulders, and and the to tell you the truth, it's crazy, but I deal with a lot of young athletes, a lot of high school athletes that get injured or chronic impact or are doing track or doing uh basketball or whatever. And so you can at a young age have a lot of different joint kind of problems just from doing those kind of things. But even but what I started finding is not just like an older kind of people, you know, kind of thing going on with the joint pain. And I think
How Food and Sugar Drive Inflammation in Your Joints
SPEAKER_00it if you go back to what we've been hearing for years now, the foods that we're eating, the processed foods, so much more sugar. These kids are, you look at a lot of kids, the obesity rate is up higher. When you're when you have more weight on you, it's gonna put more weight on your joints and things like that. So even younger kids are are experiencing joint pain and and just the environmental kind of things, but what we're eating, and we're getting better at telling them eat real food, but and some might have immune kind of dysregulations or mitochondria kind of things, or just not getting the right nutrition is basically because your joints they're actually like living tissue, so their collagen and synovial, everything like that is all growing and renewing and everything like that. So, so many different things. But yes, it tends to be more of an aging process because as we get older, our collagen starts depleting, and so we're not making it as much. So that is one of the issues. But I think the more active, you know, the saying of I wish I would have known when I was younger that I was going to get older and hurt like this, I shouldn't have been doing the dumb things that I did when I was younger, or jumping off of like roofs, or thinking you can fly, whatever it is. Now you think I probably shouldn't have done that. So it it can be from those kinds of things too, of just yeah, occupational hazards.
SPEAKER_01Sure, of course, yeah, of course. And and even injury, right, can cause pain that you have to heal from, all kinds of things like that. But I find it really interesting that you you know suggested that food can deer deteriorate our joints, right? Like, I mean, they can either food can is so powerful, it's either gonna fuel your body or deteriorate your body, depending on what you choose.
SPEAKER_00Would you agree with that? Oh, absolutely. If you go back to my mother lived to be 97 years old, and she was in World War II. And the so what we were raised on, even myself in my 60s versus what kids are being raised with now, we had real food. And yes, it helped that we were raised on a ranch, but I mean, you you didn't have the processed foods, you didn't have the high sugar sugar content. We didn't have, I mean, I'm not saying we didn't ever drink sodas, but even back then it was totally different than what it is now.
SPEAKER_01I was gonna say even the soda itself is different, yes, exactly. Definitely different. So yeah, that's crazy. I mean, like it's it's like it seems like such a common thing, but honestly, put a two in the chat if you're like me and didn't like kind of connect that. Like my pain can absolutely be caused by some of the food inflammatory things I'm doing to my body, right?
SPEAKER_00It is sugar's one of sugar's one of the biggest things. Here's the thing that I even experienced, and this is before life vantage. I used to feel like I had plantar fasci and really, really bad. And one time I actually thought I had broken my ankle because my it hurt so bad. And it happened to be during Thanksgiving time, that month of November, December.
Dr. Janet's Personal Wake Up Call with Sugar and Pain
SPEAKER_00Well, I have fantastic patients that bring me all kinds of goodies, cookies and sweets and pumpkin rolls, and you name it. And I was eating us. Like, I, you know, they're gonna bring them. I'm gonna eat them. And I started hurting so bad. And I thought, and I had to stop and think in my and like gout kind of things, arthritic, arthritis, arthritis kind of conditions, joint kind of things. The more sugar you eat, the more inflammatory process you have. So as soon as I cut the sugar out and started doing some enzymes and things that would help me digest the fats and the sugars that were going on, I started feeling better. And that was my wake-up call for anybody. It's like, so it's not a matter of like, oh, just go drink some cherry juice. It's like that's not enough. Diet, diet, diet, and exercises, so movement and and all of that is so important.
SPEAKER_01Absolutely. Okay, I want to go back to so all the patients that you see that come in with joint pain, right? I'm sure that they're like they're coming to chiropractor, which they're already smart for doing that, right? They're coming for to care for chiropractic care because that can be so beneficial. But I'm guessing, I don't know the answer to this, but I'm guessing that most of them are trying, are are just masking their pain. Is that accurate with a lot of other they're trying to help, but maybe masking their pain by popping ibuprofen or something like that?
SPEAKER_00It depends on the patient. If you are
Why Masking Pain with Ibuprofen Is Not the Answer
SPEAKER_00a good chiropractor and you've educated your patients to try to, you know, pay attention to your body, they shouldn't be doing that. But you're absolutely right because most of us want a quick, if you're in pain, you're gonna take ibuprofen, you might do some injections, you might do, you might even get so bad that you go to your doctor and say, Hey, just give me steroids. And I'm not knocking medication at all because there is a time and place where you need, you know, some help with medications, but they're not getting to the root causes. Like, why are your discs getting more narrow? Why are they decreasing? Why is your knee pain hurting more when you haven't? I mean, that's one of the first questions I ask on a history is like, well, what did you do to hurt yourself? And a lot of times, like, I didn't do anything, I just woke up and started hurting. Then you have to go, your your body's kind of like a jigsaw puzzle. So then you have to go piece by piece and say, well, what have you done different? Have you changed your diet? Have you eaten anything different? Did you, you know,
Getting to the Root Cause of Joint Pain
SPEAKER_00does it hurt worse, this, that? So a lot of times it's just putting the pieces together because you can't just mask the pain. You it'd be like if you had a headache and took a Tylenol, your headache would go away. But why did you have the headache to begin with? That's so why are you having the joint pain to begin with? Let's get to the root cause.
SPEAKER_01And that's the question I think all of us can ask about almost anything when it comes to health, not just joint pain. I constantly am saying, like, okay, if that little thing hurts right here, or I'm getting a little bit of sinus infection, why am I getting the sinus infection? I just don't want to take something that's gonna cover up the symptom so that I feel better today, but let's stop it from happening in the future, right? That's what we mean by proactive health. Okay, so you mentioned for solutions, right? You mentioned
Food First: Why Real Whole Food Changes Everything
SPEAKER_01eating, right? Eating is a big thing. If you do have joint pain, pay attention to your food, is what she's telling us. Cut out the sugar, try lower gluten, lower processed foods, whole foods, just basically think whole foods, think whole foods, think whole foods, think whole foods, right? Is that what you're saying?
SPEAKER_00Real food. If you can pick it or grow it, eat it.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I love that. I love that. Okay, so foods. You mentioned movement. Let's talk about that a little bit. How important is movement on the regular to keep your joints mobile and not from hurting?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so it's it's a double-edged sword because a lot of people
Movement When It Hurts: How to Start Gently
SPEAKER_00that hurt don't want to move because it hurts to move. So you you kind of have to get them to where they're feeling a little bit better with different solutions that way, wise, is as far as things they can take to help increase different, you know, hydration and things like that. But slow movement, so not like starting off by working out lifting weights, but go for a walk. And I because I tell people it's like, what kind of exercise should I do? And it's like, whatever exercise you'll do. If you like to swim, swim. If you like to go for a walk, go for a walk. You don't have to go the track, you don't have to go to the gym, you don't unless you like to do that. But the only kind of exercise that you're gonna do is ones that you're gonna do. And even if you even even if you just walk out your door five minutes, they will a lot of times they say, Well, how far should I walk? And it's like, don't go by how far, go by time. So start with five minutes. Go walk out your door, go five minutes down the road, turn around and come back. When that gets easy, go 10 minutes and then 10 minutes. So gradually increase the mobility. But until you get out of the pain, things to do at home is basic stretching exercises. There's even you can everybody Googles everything on YouTube. There's there's a really cool YouTube that I found that's called chair tai chi and for any age, and it's really easy on your back, it's really easy on your
Chair Tai Chi: A Simple At Home Option for Any Age
SPEAKER_00joints because you're sitting, you're doing stretching, you're bringing knees up, you're doing things with your arms like your boxing and things like that. But they walk you through it and it's only like 15 minutes. So Google chair tai chi, there's lots of different ones. Find ones that you like that you'll do. So start off with just general mobility until you start loosening up like the Tin Man on The Wizard of Oz. You gotta get oil in there, you gotta get movement, you gotta get, you know, so start off easy. Yeah, but I love that.
SPEAKER_01Earlier when we spoke, you said water, and like and you
Hydration Goes Deeper Than Drinking More Water
SPEAKER_01said, but there's a caveat to that. Like water is extremely important. We you can't be dehydrated, that's gonna hurt your joints, right? But there's something else to that. Will you talk about that?
SPEAKER_00What your thoughts are? Well, hydration is not just adding water. And I know we've been told time and time again drink half your body weight in ounces of water. Well, hydration is not just about drinking water, it's about getting the water into the cell. And to do that, it's like a chemistry experiment where you're you don't want just sodium. So a lot of hydration kind of things out there have just sugar and salt to replenish when you're sweating or or even when you're not sweating or working
Electrolytes and Trace Minerals Your Joints Need
SPEAKER_00out, electrolyte balance is really, really important. And that can add to the pain. Not enough magnesium can give you muscle cramping. So the electrolytes can be totally off. So hydration, you want to have trace minerals, you want to have all the electrolytes and not just, like I said, not just one that has salt. So you got to be really, really careful with what you do.
SPEAKER_01So I'm gonna ask you, I already know the answer because we talked about it, but what's your favorite one?
SPEAKER_00Our brand new hydrate formula that Life Bantage came out with is phenomenal. And it's called axial hydrate. It's not the axial-like the brain drink that's going to do activate your neurotrophics and the brain waking up and things like that. And it's not your basic electrolyte drink. And like I just said, it has everything in there that you need, all
Axio Hydrate and What Makes It Different
SPEAKER_00the trace minerals. It has magnesium, potassium, not just sodium. It has it's in little packs, like most of them are where it's really easy to go.
SPEAKER_01But it's like a little stick pack like this that you put in a bottle of water.
SPEAKER_00But it's more of a wellness-rounded things for your gut health. And that could be another whole night. But it it helps with what I like about Life Vantage in general is that they look at the whole body and they do their research to be able to see exactly what we are looking at and like the jigsaw puzzle, how's it all connected? So very, very, very important to have all those pieces and always be working on your gut health because even collagen is in our intestinal lining and our gut brain connection is like another whole story.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01I I am a person, and I I have a little testament to axiohydrate. I am a person who like has a water bottle with them everywhere I go. I drink a ton of water during the day, yet
Shauna's Personal Story with Axio Hydrate and Sore Muscles
SPEAKER_01I always still had dry skin, no matter what I did, even taking omegas and like it trying to really improve it, something I've paid attention to for several years now. Yes, I live in Nebraska and the weather can like harm like be a cause of that. But I also lift weights three times a week. And on my training days, I would always like he pushes me hard, right? And I would be like two days after I do one leg lunges and squats and all the things, right? I am like, you know how when you have to like go to sit down on the toilet when you've lifted weights and you almost just like free fall the second half of the way. You know what I mean? That's how I was because my muscles were so sore. And I started drinking axiohydrate before my workout, honestly. The days I would train, I would drink it before my workout. And I noticed an insane difference in how sore I was. So it told me right away that my body was craving everything that's in axiohydrate. And then I started drinking it every single day because then I was like, wait, I feel so good, like loose and you know, like good. And now my dry skin is like going away as well. So it tells me my body is absorbing and it's all the things that I need.
SPEAKER_00Absorbing it. It's not just, it's not just getting water, it's absorbing into the cells and it's adding the magnesium, it's adding the gut health, it's adding the trace minerals that your skin needs.
SPEAKER_01And I think it's loosening up my muscles, which of course, if you I think if you have joint pain and your muscles are a little bit looser, that's also going to help. So that is it. I I love that product that I've I'm just falling in love with it, honestly, over the last month. But let's dive in. You mentioned a couple things. You there is a product, this guy right here, a little yellow pill called Protonum NRF2. Let's talk about this
Protandim NRF2: The Little Yellow Pill That Changes Everything
SPEAKER_01because this was one of the things that you and I discussed that is a major player to help with joint pain. I want to discuss how and why and what you see with this product. But before that, I want to tell one little story for this. I was introduced to this, this was the product my doctor called and said, I think I've learned about the future of wellness, and which dove me into starting to want to learn more and more all the time. I gave this to my mother because at 36 years old, I didn't really have anything wrong with me. You know what I mean? Like I just didn't want to feel bad. I wanted to be proactive and preventative. Well, my mom already was to the point she has those knobby fingers that go all the different directions and she couldn't close her hands anymore, you know? She took one little yellow and her pain, I mean, like my mom would cry from the joint pain in her hands and her hips, right? Like it was bad. And she for took one of these for 14 days and the pain didn't completely go away. But I saw my mom do this and close her hand, her fingers touched her palm, and we all freaked out. And like her sister was there, and we all freaked out. We're like, why is that? So, Janet, tell us maybe why that would happen, why that would help decrease pain. What is this product doing? Why does it work?
SPEAKER_00That is my all-time favorite. Because we have, what is it like 32 sex sectillion?
How Protandim Reduces Oxidative Stress and Boosts Glutathione
SPEAKER_00I mean, if you had thrown all these little circles on the board, like 23 bazillion circles that were free radical damage every single day to every single cell that we're exposed to. And because this lowers your oxidative stress a million to one. So it's not just like taking a vitamin C or something that's a one to one, or an orange that's a one to one, and a fruit source like that. Because of the research they did on this, it lowers your oxidative stress 40% in 30 days. But it increases your glutathione by 300%, and these fancy enzymes called catalase and SOD that. Has everything to do with free radical damage or oxidative stress in our body, and it helps to lower it. When you lower your oxidative stress, the inflammation levels go way down. And that's when the swelling starts going down and the inflamed joints starts going down. And you can start like what your mother experienced getting to move again. This is, I tell my patients, I don't care whatever else you get on, you're gonna get on pro tandem the rest of your life. And and they they know that I'm serious because for 40 years I have I have used so many different supplements and so many different biohacking, and you name it, I've tried it. And in this last year and a half, I have not seen
Why Healthy Cells Are the Foundation of a Healthy Body
SPEAKER_00the kind of results I have been seeing since I started using these products. It blows me away. Blows me away.
SPEAKER_01It's it's so foundational, right? That's what I've learned over the last 10 years. Like when you can truly help the cell, right? When you can help the cell, the cell runs the entire body. I mean, some might say the gut comes first and the cell comes second, but the problem, the thing about it is no matter what, they work together and there's cells in the gut, right? So the cells really do run everything. And when your cells are dilapidated and your cells are under stress and your cells are inflamed, how can they ever run a body efficiently? Right. It just makes so much sense. Yep. It's it's I have a friend who's a no-brainer. Yeah, I have a friend who reached out, he's a farmer, right? And an older guy who's a farmer, and he said, I think he's been taking this for, I don't know, six years or something. And he said, I think it's been six years since I've taken it a leave, and I think I used to pop them like candy. And so for all of it, and it that was for pain reasons, right? And so for everybody who's here and dealing with joint pain, and you aren't taking this, this is a really good place to get to the root of it all. And then also layer in the other things Janet talked about. Think about water, think about movement, but think about food and eliminating some of the inflammatory things that might be also causing the problem. Because you can't eat all the cake and eat all the cookies and eat all the bread and eat all the things and take this and hope for the best. Like, truly, like you're just bad, like crossing each other out. You know what I mean? So you have to, if you want to get ahead, you kind of need to do both, like truly. Let's talk about collagen. You mentioned collagen and how abundant it is in the body, how important it is to joints. Let's talk about
Collagen: Why Every Tissue in Your Body Depends on It
SPEAKER_01that first. How important, before we talk about this product, how important is collagen to the body?
SPEAKER_00Collagen is an absolute must. It's not just for your joints, it's for every single, every single tissue in your body that moves. So your lungs move, your arteries move, your eyes move, your brain moves. Anywhere that you need flexibility, you need collagen. And collagen is produced in our body, but as we decline or as we age, it declines how much our body's making. And the kind of the different types and the collagen peptides that are made in our body are all so many different types of collagen. So it's not a matter of just taking like a powdered collagen that is absorbed 10 to 30 percent and thinking, oh, I'm gonna affect every single collagen type in my body. You don't. That's like maybe type one and type two. With this collagen, it has blown me away again because it's from 10 different collagen
Why Most Powdered Collagens Fall Short
SPEAKER_00peptides. It's a marine collagen and it doesn't taste like fish. It's actually really, really good. This liquid that's a berry kind of flavor. I have no idea.
SPEAKER_01It's so good, in fact. My daughter, when she drank it for the first time, I looked over, has this cute little cap that you twist off and you take it and drink, and she was licking the cap with her tongue. And I said, What are you doing? She goes, It's so good. Yes, okay, go ahead.
SPEAKER_00And that's one of the problems that some people don't take it, is because it tastes nasty when it's a marine source, and it's not shellfish. I get this asked, I'm allergic to shellfish. There's no shellfish in it. I mean, still talk with your doctor if you have allergies to fish or things like that, but it's a white fish. It is not, it's not a shellfish kind of thing. But 10 different collagen peptides is what is derived by using this marine collagen peptide, and it's absorbed like in the 90%, not just 10 to 30 percent. So if you can't get it into your cells, it's not going to do you any good. Just like life vantages, products that activate, it doesn't just is not just sourced
LifeVantage Marine Collagen and 90 Percent Absorption
SPEAKER_00from 10 different collagen peptides, it actually activates your body so that you make more collagen. And certain genes that it activates keeps us from breaking down the collagen that we make. Because as we get old, it's not a matter of just getting collagen, it's a matter of keeping it from breaking down, which is what this does. But the magic is the patent that they just came out with. Because, like we said, when you put nerf.
SPEAKER_01First of all, do you know how hard it is to get a patent?
The Patent That Proves the Power of Combining Both Products
SPEAKER_01I looked this up the other day, like when we got a patent, right? I was like, how hard is it to get a patent? Well, it's really, really hard. But it's really, really hard to get a patent on a natural product, right? It's unheard of. It's uh it's really almost unheard of. And I didn't realize how big of a deal that was. And I just want everybody to know the fact that the collagen is patented and it's patented with Protanum NRF2 because it's kind of like you can take this product and you can take this product and they do amazing things, but when you put it together, it's like a third product because it does something magical, even different than the two apart. Like it's I just was blown away about how hard it is to get a patent on something natural.
SPEAKER_00It has to do unexpected results. And I think about it, I still go back to the experiment when we were in, when we were kids in grade school, the volcano experiment. You have vinegar and you have baking soda, and by themselves, they can do all kinds of different things and they're fine. You put them together, your volcano explodes. So that's kind of like this patent. You put these together, unexpected things happen. And what happened is that together it activated five different collagens in our body, and two of them are not even what's in the collagen by itself. That's how they got the patent. When you combine these two, it also produces type 7 and type 13. I'm going to read it because I had to print it off. Type 7 collagen is anchoring collagen in the skin. It helps connect the upper and lower layers of the skin together. It's a major,

SPEAKER_00a major youthful skin structure, and it's associated with more like smoother, more resistant, resilient kind of skin. And then type 13 is for cellular communication and tissue structure. And it plays a role in how cells attach, repair, and communicate with all the connective tissue in the skin. And it had to do, they they did a fibro, the fibroblast study, which is the fibrogen cells in our body and how it's connected. And so when they do studies, these scientific studies, and it's on real cells, and see and to see how the collagen and connective tissue and everything reacts when they have this synergistic effect, it's crazy. I was in New Jersey a couple of weeks ago, and I had a gentleman, an older gentleman from Poland come up that was a holistic practitioner, and I had a poster printed out of what the collagen does in these five types. Not even that our marine collagen is sourced from 10 different collagen peptides, which is unheard of, but he saw all the five different collagens and what they did. He said, This is unheard of. I have never seen a collagen that has all five of these, especially type seven and type 13. And I kept trying to tell him, I said, it's because when you add protandum, it's not just the collagen, you have to add them together. He said, and he's like, I gotta take this back. Nobody's heard of this, nobody's done this. I mean, and so this is worldwide. Nobody's heard of this.
SPEAKER_01It's cutting edge, right? It's cutting edge. And what no matter how I mean, like it's so fascinating how it's put together, why it's put together. But I think our
Real Results Dr. Janet Has Seen in Her Patients
SPEAKER_01favorite part is what's happening in people, the results, like you said, the results you're seeing. When I so there's two fun stories with collagen. I I have a friend, he's a male and he's probably in his 50s. He called me after he had he'd been taking protandem and added collagen to his life. And he, it was at Christmas time, and he said, I was going to put the, I was going to take the Christmas totes out of the basement, right? And he said, I went up the stairs and then I put the tote down and I walked back down the stairs and back up the stairs because I thought to myself, my knees did not hurt carrying these totes. Uh he's like, I re-carried totes up and down the stairs probably five times that night just to make sure that I wasn't crazy, that my knees really weren't hurting because he added the collagen, right?
SPEAKER_00So see it on x-rays. So we have we have
X-Ray Evidence of Disc Regeneration
SPEAKER_00x-rays before and after of disk spaces. And within a, I mean, it's not overnight because you didn't get a decreased disk space overnight, but within eight months to a year, uh, they're regenerated. And 40 years of doing this and using lots of products, I have never seen differences on x-rays where discs are actually hydrating and getting collagen in the cells to be able to do that. It's yeah.
SPEAKER_01I love it. It's so exciting, y'all. It is so exciting. What these products are doing is helping get to the root cause of why things are happening, the
Final Thoughts and How to Share This Episode
SPEAKER_01root cause of how you can feel better overall, right? And for me, it's about prevention. For you, it might be about helping you in the current moment and prevention in the future, truly. And if that's the case, I hope that you'll look into them a little bit more. Janet, I want to thank you so much for all of your brilliant mind, your 40 years of helping people. And I can't wait to see how many more people that you're gonna help now because of these products and and how far reaching they are. Because what happens is when once people start taking them, they need to tell everybody they know because they feel like everybody they know deserves to feel their best too, right? And so that's the beautiful thing. Please share this podcast out with anybody that you know that this might help. That's the only way that they're gonna be helped.
SPEAKER_00And if you have a chiropractor, if you don't get a chiropractor. But if you have a chiropractor that you go to, take them this study and print out this how these collagen peptides and what every single chiropractor in the world needs to give this to their patients. So please.
SPEAKER_01I love that thought. Thank you so much for your willingness to educate the world and share about how people can just feel their best. I feel your passion, I feel your love, and I appreciate your time. Thank you everybody for joining us. Please tune in next Wellness Wednesday. Um, we'll have a different expert with a different topic helping share knowledge to the world because we believe knowledge is power. Thank you. Thank you, thank you.
