Welcome to Wellness Wednesday

Jami

Hello, everybody, and welcome to Wellness Wednesday. I hope that you're all having a great week, and I'm always excited to have you here learning alongside of us. My name is Jamie Williams. I would say I've been a wellness warrior for nearly my entire life, as long as I've understood health and wellness. I formerly worked as an exercise specialist in cardiac and pulmonary rehab, and I did that for 13 years. But prior to that, my family history is absolutely riddled with disease. I don't know if anybody else can relate to that. If anyone has lost loved ones, direct family members at a very young age. My grandfather died when he was 38 from a heart attack. My dad's heart history started when he was 40. Lots of things that are just in my gene pool that have brought a lot of awareness to what could potentially happen for me. And that's where I have really discovered a passion for preventative wellness, especially when I worked in cardiac rehab. I loved my job, but guess what that required? It required someone to have a problem before I could help them. And that's where I wanted to really get on the front end of this. And when I was introduced to some of this technology you're going to hear tonight and some of this conversation, my heart couldn't stop thinking about what if I could tell them sooner? What if I could reach someone sooner so they don't have to go through what I've watched thousands of patients go through and families. If you have ever had anybody go through a health crisis, it impacts more than just that person. So that's why I'm so grateful for this platform that we've began to develop over the last three years. We've been doing Wellness Wednesdays for a long time, and we've had a number of incredible experts come share their wisdom, their knowledge, and just the whole point of Wellness Wednesdays is to bring awareness, to bring education and really help empower our guests to walk away feeling like they have the knowledge to make the decisions that when it comes to their health, that they're well informed and they're confident in the track that they're on. So I thank you for taking your time with us tonight. And tonight I'm very excited because this is a first-time guest

Meet Pharmacist Kasi and Her Wellness Journey

Jami

speaker for me. And she might be nervous too, but guess what? We say yes to hard things because it stretches us. And she's a wealth of knowledge. I've known Casey for over the last year, and you guys, she has a heart of gold, and I think you're gonna realize that as you listen to her speak. So I met Casey. Um, she's a busy farm wife. She will, as she just told told you before we started, her kids are probably right next door wanting her. But a busy mom, a farm wife, a pharmacist who owns a couple pharmacies, and she's bringing a really unique perspective tonight. Because as we dive into this conversation, and maybe it's really appropriate because it's May. And if there's any moms out there that say May Sember, you get it. Like there's so many things going on. And I really believe there's a reason why May 1st is called May Day, May Day. It's just the warning of what's coming. Then they try to butter you up in the middle of the month for Mother's Day so that you get a little pep talk and you can make it through the rest of the month. But the fact is, people are tired, people are stressed out, people are overwhelmed, they're they're feeling the burnout from time to time. And really the conversation tonight is bringing a unique perspective because as a pharmacist, bringing modern medicine into the conversation of more of a natural wellness approach. How can we bridge that gap? How can we really help support people and find their own routine that works to optimize their health? So welcome to the call tonight. I gave a little bit away about Casey, but I really I want you guys to understand the background and how she even got into this phase. So, Casey, thanks for being with us. And I'd love for you to share your backstory. How did you get here and tell us a little bit more about yourself?

Kasi

Sure. Well, thanks a lot, Jamie. Thanks

From Skeptic to Wellness Advocate

Kasi

for having me on. I guess I'm a little bit nervous, but I I'm also very excited to be here and share my story and everything with all of you guys tonight. So, like Jamie mentioned, I am a pharmacist. I am a wife and a mother to three littles and also a rancher. So to say my plate is full, just like many of you, it is, and I and I can understand how demanding life can be at some times. And and really, when it comes down to it, that's kind of what brought me here. I have a pretty big backstory that I'll touch base on, but really it all comes down to balance and balance in our lives, whether it's, you know, our home lives, our own personal wellness. I mean, it's really hard when we're busy and moms or dads or grandmas or whatever, and try and put ourselves first in our wellness. But I think we we understand our after today, we should understand that there could be an answer, and it's worth every little bit to put and make that a priority for us. So my passion for healthcare really started when I was young. I grew up having a handicapped brother, and we were in and out of healthcare facilities all the time, and I saw how much people provided for him and doctors and whatnot, and everything to make his life as best as it possibly could. He had a genetic disorder. So I knew then that I wanted to go into the healthcare field. Six months after my brother passed away. My dad also had some serious health conditions and we nearly lost him. That really opened my eyes. Like, we need to be proactive and we need to try and get on top of things before our bodies just deteriorate and the stress really takes over. So I decided to go into pharmacy. About 12 years ago, I graduated with my doctor of pharmacy from UNMC. And luckily, I was able to come back to my hometown, to my roots, and practice here where I've been practicing ever since. My

Life as a Small Town Pharmacist and Farm Wife

Kasi

husband and I are raising our family here, and it just warms my heart to be in this small community providing care to, you know, our neighbors, people that I love, people that I care about, my family. I have people call me all the time, and they're not even a customer of mine, but they they just call and they just want to visit. And it it really makes me feel good that I'm here to help them. But through the last 12 years, things have changed a lot too. You know, pharmacy isn't what it was 12 years ago, and and beyond that, and even our health system has changed a lot. And I slowly started to see that. I will say a friend kept nudging me about life vanish, and I just shrugged it off. You know, I was like, I'm a pharmacist, I don't do that kind of stuff, you know. I just felt like, you know, it was just something else that another scheme, another marketing scheme, and and something for us to buy and waste my money on. And and after I started seeing some of her results and listening to her a little bit more, I became a little more curious. And I got to thinking about my own family, my own friends, my own patients, customers that would come into the pharmacy. And I thought, you know, maybe there is another answer. And the reason that this hit me so much is like we would have people that would come into the pharmacy with 20 prescriptions. And yeah, they were life-saving medications, but they maybe still didn't feel the greatest, and they were having side effects from these medications and whatnot. And I just I really felt that there could be another answer. So I said, All right, send me the studies. And that was my science brain, you know, talking. And I just thought I I really need the validation to know that I'm not just gonna throw my money out the door. So I remember texting Jamie, Megan, whoever, Becky, and just saying, I need more information, tell me the studies, I want the proof. And after really looking into it, I couldn't find anything wrong with the products. And I just thought, what do I have to lose? And so after all the research, I thought, you know, if I'm going to promote these products to my patients, my family, friends, customers, whatever, I need to be on them myself. So that's where my life vantage, I guess, history started. And really that was just about a year ago. And I was very, very skeptical to begin with, even after enrolling as a consultant. So

Discovering a Different Approach to Wellness

Kasi

I became a customer and a consultant right at the same time. And I just, I don't know, I was just kind of on the back burner for a while, just watching everything. And now I just I'm thrilled to be here, and I am just, I think there is so much potential in activation, and I just think that other people need to hear about it. And whether we can make a difference in one person's life or a million lives, I want to be here and I want to be the person doing it.

Jami

So oh my gosh, you guys, I love this. And Casey, I love that you flat out said I was skeptical. Anyone else here? Anybody else here that and maybe knows what we're gonna start talking about? I know Bonnie's raising her hand. You guys, it's human nature, and it's okay. But this is I'm so thankful that you said that because here we go from skeptic to now leading a wellness Wednesday conversation. So here's what I want you to understand. She dove all the way in. She dove all the way in to understand this, and that's why I think she brings such a unique perspective that you're gonna learn from her tonight. So thank you for sharing your backstory. And I I know that when people are pulled into a certain direction or felt called into a certain direction, it's especially in pharmacy with your backstory, it's because there was a person in that story. There was a person in that story that you wanted to help, tried to help, wished you could have helped. We're all there, right? We all have somebody that's on our heart. And when we hear something or we know of something that could serve somebody in a super beneficial way, it should pull your heart. It should move you to share. And that's what we're here to do on Wellness Wednesdays is help you understand what you have at your fingertips, your capabilities to utilize, and if you choose to share that. So let's dive into this now that you understand Casey's background. You guys, a lot of people can relate to this. We're all walking around feeling exhausted, but you see this on the daily with the people that are coming into your pharmacy. Can you just tell me, like, why do you think people feel this way? And and sometimes it's even their labs might say nothing's wrong, but they don't feel right. Can you kind of elaborate on that? What do you think is happening in people?

Kasi

Yeah, absolutely. You know, I mean, I really think this is what I was seeing in a lot of our patients. They were exhausted, tired, fatigued, they were having poor sleep, and and a lot of this stems from the roots, the core. Day-to-day functioning was hard. And and even though they would come in and they would show their labs to me and things would come back as normal. But we got to remember that every lab value has a range. And you can be on the bottom end of that spectrum or on the high end. But if you're on the bottom

Why So Many People Still Feel Unwell

Kasi

end, you're probably not functioning where your body should be functioning, and you're still having some side effects like fatigue, tiredness, you know, inflammation, anxiety, stress, all of that that could be compiling up in our bodies. And I really just think that we want to reach an optimal level. And when we're at the bottom spectrum, we're not there. And although when we are our doctor, and and nothing against our physicians, because I love them and we couldn't do anything in this world without them, really. But I think this is just a different perspective to look at it and say our labs mean more than a number. And just because it's within that normal range, it doesn't mean that our bodies are actually functioning the way that they should. So when you stack it together, people feel exhausted.

Jami

Well, you said a word that I feel like everybody's becoming way more aware of. It's being used a lot more, is you said the word inflammation. Have you guys heard the word? Drop in the in the chat if you've heard that word when you're listening to a health segment or inflammaging. Have you heard that? We're starting to understand, people are being more educated that inflammation leads to a lot of decline in our health. But you also are hearing this term oxidative stress. And we know that all of these things that I just said are damaging to the body. But I want people to really understand what that really means. What is oxidative stress? Can you help explain that simply?

Kasi

Sure. I mean, simply put, it's just wear and tear on our bodies. And I feel like even myself, I turned 40 this year and I remember last year going, oh, I just don't feel right. And we, I mean, I think all of us have probably said that at one point in time in our life. I had numerous labs drawn. I went to see my local provider. I just uh nothing, everything was normal, but I still didn't feel right. And I would say that's probably the push that really led me towards activation and and researching it even more because I I did see that this could be a potential. But so when we had that wear and tear in our body, it's like metal rusting, you know, everything rusts over time. The more environmental factors in stress, poor sleep, processed foods that we're consuming on a regular basis. I mean, we're at a ball field every other night or every night, you know. I mean, we try to eat healthy, but you just can't help it. And some some factors

Understanding Oxidative Stress and Aging

Kasi

are just you're just not able to dodge them. And so that all leads to oxidative stress. And the amazing thing about oxidative stress is our bodies actually have a built-in system that is designed to help defend and repair itself. Many people's systems are overloaded with all these factors, like I mentioned, and this automatic defense system in our body is designed to do that. But when it's overloaded, it can't, it's suffering, it's it's suffocating in our own bodies, and we're having a really hard time tackling the stress and the wear on our on our systems. Also, you know, it's kind of like have you set an apple out for your kids and it turns brown right away? You know, that's that's basically an example of oxidative stress. That's what's happening inside of our bodies. So over time it leads to immune imbalance and energy production. And, you know, if we can encourage healthy aging, why not? So we need to talk.

Jami

Yeah, our bodies are completely overwhelmed because there's just a lot of environmental assaults that we deal with. When it you just talked about processed foods, even when we try, there's hidden things in everything. It's harder to eat clean, even though people are really trying. So I would say in today's age, even when people feel like they're doing all the right things, there's still added support that we need because the world that we live in today is different than our grandparents, and we were not meant to experience all of the chemicals and all of the toxins in our world. So when your system's overloaded, things can't function like it's supposed to. And I'm gonna guess that stress plays a huge role in that too, right, Casey?

Kasi

Oh, a hundred percent. I mean, chronic stress impacts our sleep, our hormones, our ability to recover, inflammation, even our energy, you know. It's just today we are constantly running in survival mode. You know, we mentioned that earlier. We have so many things on our plate that it's really hard to allow our bodies to not have all those factors affecting it and not allowing it to repair. You know, I mean, I don't know how many of you probably had an energy drink, a coffee, or something like that today. It's just it leads to exhaustion, it leads to stress, and it leads to damage to ourselves.

Jami

And it leads to people not feeling their best. And we want to change that. So here's what I love that you're bringing such a unique perspective because you are so good at bridging what you know in the pharmaceutical world and your passion for preventative wellness. There's a there's a place for both, and there's a there's a merger for both because we know that over time, these burdens of inflammation or inflammation, inflammaging, oxidative stress, toxic loads, cellular decline, all the things they'll lead to poor sleep, low energy, lack

The Importance of Supporting the Body Naturally

Jami

of motivation, maybe weight gain. Does anybody relate to any of those things I just mentioned? And it's okay if you do. Uh you're in the right place to learn about how you can do better. But as a pharmacist, Casey, how do you help people understand the value of medications while also encouraging people to take a more proactive approach as well? I think this is an important conversation.

Kasi

Yeah, I mean, I'm faced with it every day in the pharmacy, especially after becoming an advocate for life being age and you know, promoting it in our community. People know when they walk into the store that I am also not only giving them their prescription medication, but I would also like to help them at a cellular level. So there's definitely a bridge between the two. And I think we need to really become aware of that and how important it is that we can do both. We don't have to do one or the other. So, you know, medications have a time and a place. There are many medications that are life-saving. There are medications that we need that we'll probably never ever be off of. There are medications, you know, that manage disease, support mental health, treat infections, all of that. And I'll always have an appreciation for these medications. But at the same time, even with those medications, people are still struggling from, like we mentioned before, fatigue, inflammation, poor sleep, low energy, and not feeling their best. That's why I really think that uh preventing and supporting the bodies proactively with nutrition, adequate sleep, stress management, movement, cellular health is so, so important because if we get ourselves uh healthy again and and rejuvenating and activating our own personal pathways, body pathways, that that in combination with prescription medications, if you do have disease states that need to be addressed, is really the golden ticket.

Jami

I think this is a refreshing conversation because it's it's not designed to be an anti-medication talk at all, because medication is life-saving. For those some of you know me here, I have a seven-year-old son who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes last year when he was six years old. And without medication, without insulin, he would not survive. So I never want people to think that we are ever promoting anti-medication because we are not. There's a time and place and they're absolutely life-saving. But there is a conversation to be had about how can we support

A Balanced Conversation About Wellness and Medication

Jami

the body more naturally? How can we turn on these processes? And that's what it really is about, is supporting the body more completely. So I'm gonna let you talk a little bit more about that, Casey. Like, how do we do that? How do we do a more comprehensive support of our system so our health can really thrive?

Kasi

Yeah, exactly. You know, our bodies are intelligent. We have built-in systems, like I mentioned before, that are designed to adapt, restore, repair. But when we damage that part, it's really hard for our bodies to function that way. So, you know, I I really think activation has sparked an interest in me because of the science supporting the body from the inside out and activating the protective pathways at a cellular level.

Jami

I think this is fascinating because I was introduced to this concept nearly 10 years ago, which seems crazy. When I was working in cardiac rehab, I was introduced to the concept and the technology of activation. Some of you here have maybe never heard of that, and I'm thankful that you're here on this call. Whoever invited you cares enough about you to introduce you to this information, but it's gaining attention. Cellular health and activation is absolutely gaining attention, and we want to help people understand because it is the foundation. Your cell health is a direct correlation to your overall health. So we want to help you lay a very strong foundation and it it begins in your cells. But when people hear the word activation, Casey, what does that actually mean? Can you help explain so people understand what we're talking about when we say that word?

Kasi

Sure. So this goes back to, I mean, I always like to share this story because before I got involved with Life EH, I had a family member message me about the products. And they said, somebody has this product, they think I should start on it, but I am taking this list of medications. And she gave them all to me, and they were supplements. And and she said, So do you think, you know, I need to take this product that's this person's recommending? And what it was is pro tandem versus a list and versus all of these supplements that my family member member had. And I looked at it and I said, Well, it's pretty

Kasi’s Personal Experience With Wellness Activation

Kasi

much the same, you know. I mean, like they're listed, you know, they're these ingredients are also listed in this product. So I think, I think it's fine. And that was really before I dove into it and realized that there is a big difference between supplementation and activation. Supplementation is oftentimes just replacing in our bodies what it's lacking. So if you have an abnormal lab value, you know, their doctors can say, hey, go take this supplement to increase that or whatever. Activation is more about signaling our body, turning on its own defense system and repair system so that it can learn how to or relearn, I should say, how to function again normally without all those stressors, without everything, and in a healthy way. You know, I don't know which way. I mean, I would think most people would choose activation over supplementation. And I'm not saying supplements are all bad either. You know, there are lots of good supplements out there, but remember that. We really need to make sure that we focus on the quality of our supplements and then encourage the activation. We want to turn on our own natural pathways to optimize our performance, health, and longevity.

Jami

That sounds like the right ticket to me, if you ask me, but it's really where it all starts, you guys, is the health of your cells is what's incredibly important. The very cool thing is our bodies are so incredible. They are phenomenal machines and they are designed to be healthy. The problem is we just have everyday assaults that slow down that process. So we have, we innately have our own protective pathways. And how cool is it that we can flip the switch, literally go in and flip the switch deep inside your cells and now turn that pathway back on to help your body make more of what it needs? I think that's an incredible concept that it's perfectly tailored because it's your body making exactly what it needs through the process of activation. It's so fascinating. But now I want to bring NRF2 into the conversation because this is really where the foundation starts. And we talk about the NRF2 pathway. Can you explain what the role of the NRF2 pathway in your body really is all about and why it's important?

Kasi

Yeah. You know, this is a topic that I've really have dug into deep recently. And I joked with Jamie, our protandum our products. This was a product that sat in my cabinet for months because I really didn't understand the background behind it. And now, I

Why Supporting the Body at the Cellular Level Matters

Kasi

mean, I want every single patient, customer, family, friend on this product. And it all comes down to the NRF2 pathway. It's activating our natural protective system to help regulate the antioxidants, which we talked about before, and the detoxification responses inside our cells that restore naturally. As we age and deal with chronic stress, poor nutrition, toxins, inflammation, all these systems can become overwhelmed. And it's really hard for that natural pathway to function normally without some kind of activation. Again, like I said, this is what really drew me in with the science of this product. And I think it's really important to understand that uh supporting our body's own ability to protect, repair, and respond more efficiently is not just masking the symptoms, but it's supporting our body more proactively. And I think that is the future of medicine.

Jami

I love hearing that come from your mouth. It's the future of wellness, guys. It's really where it's at. Like we evolve, we have a better understanding of our human biology. And now we've figured out ways to turn these processes on that truly create better health. And that's why you're here learning. Because this is why it's all about prevention. It's all about taking those proactive steps so that we're doing the best possible that we know how to do. And honestly, that's why you guys are all here. That's why you're on these wellness Wednesdays. And some of you come back time and time again because you're hungry to learn. You're taking a golden nugget from one conversation to another conversation and then implementing that into your daily routine. And that's how you're learning how to have a better and more successful health strategy. So I love, I told you, Casey dove into this because as a skeptic, you know, you know anybody else that sits with their arms crossed? As a skeptic, diving into the research, and you you cannot you cannot prove it wrong. It's it's just that good. So that's what I want to hear from you. When you started diving in more and started really understanding cellular health at this level and nutrigenomics, maybe you can explain that. What fascinated you the most as your eyes were open to this?

Kasi

Yeah, you know, I mean, I've always known that nutrients were an important part of our health care and our well-being, but it really m opened my eyes to the possibilities and how much certain nutrients and the right nutrients can actually influence how our cells function on a day-to-day basis and how big of a change it can make on just, like I said, our day-to-day living, our personal lifestyles. So instead of just adding more supplements to the body, some nutrients help activate our body's own protective pathways, like we've talked about tonight. And I think that's really, really, really important is to just allow our bodies to get back to functioning normally, providing it the right nutrients that it needs. It has completely changed my viewpoint on wellness.

Jami

I

The Role of Nutrition and Daily Habits in Health

Jami

love this because you guys, I have it right here through all my mess. This is the product for Tanamener F2 that we've been talking about. So I just want to make sure that we're clear on what this bad boy does. It's a blend of five natural ingredients that work in synergy. So when Casey was explaining the friend that asked her about the supplements versus what this was, you may see ingredients listed that are similar. That's not the same recipe, right? It's not the same recipe. It's the formulation, how it's put together that they work in synergy. And then it's the mechanism in how this works to get inside the cell and turn that NRF2 pathway switch on, which now helps your body make million times more antioxidant enzymes that are so much more effective in reducing that oxidative stress load. That's what people need to understand. When you can keep your body in a state of balance, it can thrive. So, regardless of what we're going through, we all need this in our life. That's why we're talking about NR2 activation and laying the foundation. But here's what I want to say because as we have a pharmacist here, there are probably people on this call right now that do take medications, that are reliant on medications. Casey, as a pharmacist, I want you to kind of help explain how do you encourage people to view the medications also with this preventative routine? Like how can they work together rather than having to choose one path or another? Like, I can only take this medication and I can't look at this. How do they work together?

Kasi

Yeah, I mean, absolutely. I I never want people to feel like they feel taking a medication. And we've talked about this even from the beginning tonight, that it's about doing them together and working together, finding that balance. Medication is incredibly important and it is necessary, life-changing for many, many people. But I want you to understand that supporting your body at the cellular level still matters in our healthcare journey. And things like sleep, nutrition, movement, our wellness, support, all of that can really support how our body functions overall, alongside the care someone is already receiving from their healthcare team. So, you know, I've I've had people come up to me and say, Well, can I get off my blood pressure medication if I take that? Well, no, you can't. But just start taking it, take them together, take them in synergy, and take them, you know, and see in a year when you go back for your checkup, what your labs are then, what your doctor says, how you feel personally, and then also, like I said, what your labs say and see if there's a change. I can about bet that there is going to be some notable differences between one, you know, day one versus day and 365. So it's

Wellness Support Alongside Traditional Care

Kasi

created a stronger foundation underneath it, and it's really helping people support their health as proactively as possible.

Jami

I love that. You guys are gonna hear us say this time and time again when we talk about activation and especially those products, because when you layer the foundation, no matter what you layer in, you're gonna amplify the benefits. Because when your cells are healthier, they can function better, which is gonna help everything else that you're putting in your body work better. As far as whatever you're putting in your body that's intended to help your body, right? Let's be clear on that. But you brought up a great point, and I'm sure you get this question a lot because I do as well. Can you take the this product with other medications?

Kasi

Yeah, that's a very common question. So the short answer is yes, but as with many products that people bring to me, whether they're like vanish products or other products that they're consuming, I always say, you know, communicate with your local provider or your primary provider and make sure that they know what you're taking because they do know what your disease states are, what what medication I mean, I know what their medications are too, but they know everything about that patient. And so I want to make sure that they do take those into consideration. But I mean, these are natural products. So I can't see a problem with a patient being on them. So I really think that anybody and everyone from two years old to 90 years old can be on these products, regardless of the prescription medications that they're on.

Jami

I love that perspective because that's a question that people get asked a lot. And we really want people to be advocates. That's the thing about being informed, because as Casey can say, not everybody knows about this. Your doctor may not know about this, they may not understand it. They may just look at ingredients, but not understand the mechanism and the way that it works. So, you being here, being informed, and being an advocate for yourself, you can make informed decisions on what you choose to do with your health. But I wanted to ask Casey this question. I kind of threw her for a loop beforehand. And I said, I'm gonna throw this at you because I think it's an important question for people to understand, especially in the noisy health space. There's so many people that are chasing flashy trends, chasing what influencers are sharing. But I want to help everybody understand there is a true difference in the way that pharmaceuticals work versus the way activation works. So can you kind of, I'm gonna throw that at you, Casey. Can you explain the difference, like the role and the mechanism and the way that pharmaceuticals are designed versus how this is designed?

Yeah, sure. There is there's definitely a difference. And I feel like, you know, the medical side of it, it's we're targeting specific symptoms, we're targeting specific disease states, we're targeting specific pathways. We are replacing what our body is lacking. For example, like you mentioned, your son on insulin, like he needs that medication because he's not able to produce it himself. We're addressing a particular problem rather than how our body

is regulating itself. Whereas activation is, you know, supporting our natural cellular pathways by providing the nutrients that it needs and the like antioxidants and things like that that produce products that aim to promote our own health and upregulates its own mechanisms so that we function normally. So there's definitely a difference between the two. I would say there's more of a natural approach versus, you know, targeting the specific pathways and disease states.

Yeah, so I asked you if this is a fair question. When you look at pharmaceuticals, while there's a need, it just works in a completely different manner where some of them are synthetics, some of them are designed to mimic something in the body, and then it ultimately overrides your body's process to do that. And then you become dependent on the synthetic version. Does that make sense? And then when you have activation on this side, it's feeding the nutrients to communicate to your cell to turn that process back on, which is making it perfectly tailored. Did you know that your body, when activated, can make its own antioxidants, it can make its own collagen peptides, it can make its own gut peptides, it can make more neurotransmitters. It's incredible what your body can make when you give it what it needs. And we have the ways to unlock that potential. That's what I love about activation. So we're not overriding a process, we're not dampening your body's ability to do it, we're amplifying your body's potential. That is the coolest thing about activation. I'm sure you can tell I get excited about this. I act, I start passion sweating when we start talking about activation because it's just been so life-changing for people. You guys can share in the chat that have been on product and maybe share something that's happened and let our guests see what is really possible when you utilize this, this, these incredible products. But I really feel like you've been pulled to educate. I feel like this has opened a whole new realm for you. You your heart is huge. People can see that. And that's something that I feel like you're you're being pulled to educate people even more on how we can do better. There's there's more tools on our toolboat, and activation is absolutely one of them. But I want you to just speak to somebody that if they were going to keep it simple and walk away tonight having a simple strategy, or maybe somebody that's feeling discouraged in their health at the moment, what what simple tips could you give them?

Kasi

Yeah. You know, this takes me back to when I was studying back at pharmacy school. And there was always at the top of every disease state the non-pharmaceuticals that we could do. And what it was was sleep, nutrition, managing our stress, hydration, all exercise, all of that kind of stuff that really plays a part in improving our daily lifestyle, but also activation. This is where I think that we really need to

put it all together and rely on this activation for additional support. We all need it. It starts with yellow, and that's our big theme right now, you know, yellow, yellow. So we all need pro tandem and RF2. I I said this before and I'll say it again. I never I underestimated what this product could do to our bodies. And after a lot of research, I I really think that if every single person could be on this, we would overall be much healthier. Jamie talked a little bit about pro tandem, but but you know, all of the oxidative stress that our body is under, this little pill helps target that stress. And it is full of antioxidants. I love this picture that I don't know if you have it, Jamie, but the picture that shows, you know, what is it, 400 oranges or how many cups of blueberries that you have to eat that is in that one little pill to be equivalent or to even begin to make a difference in the stress, the oxidative stress that we have in our bodies. So I think it's very, very significant the power of this pill, and that within 30 days, our oxidative stress can be lowered by 40%. How huge is that? The other thing that I think is magnificent, and I don't know how many of you know about patents, but our healthy glow stack, which is our collagen and our proteandum, just became patented. And I think that says a lot in itself. I mean, not everyone can get a patent, not everything can get a patent. Like it's huge. And we're just getting started.

Jami

So and so are you in your research. I love that you're gonna be an advocate for this. You're gonna continue to learn and educate people. That's what I love about these wellness funds, Daisy guys. Thank you so much for being here. I I would love to hear in in the chat what are some things that maybe you guys are struggling with or something that a friend is struggling with? Could it be poor sleep? Could it be brain fog? See, I just had it. Brain fog. Uh if it could be lack of energy, but I think it's just May for me, to be quite honest. It's the month of May, is the problem. Can we get through it? But there are people that need solutions. There are people that are struggling. And what we want people to understand is it doesn't have to be that way. So many people chalk it up to it's just what happens as we age. We can age beautifully. We can age gracefully. We can really thrive as we age. And me as a mom of four, there's probably plenty of moms on here, grandmas, grandpas. You want to be around. And it's really about aging gracefully and being able

to continue to live independently. That's where real life happens. So, you guys, I'm thankful for this conversation tonight because I do think that in the noisy space, like I said, there's a lot of trends. There's a there's a lot of, I hope this works. There's a lot of influencers throwing things in. It's it's great to come back to the roots. Why there's a real need for medication, people need it. But there's also the cellular support concept. And how can we marry them together so that people can really optimize their health system? So I thank you for being here and spending your time with us. We do these every Wednesday, same time. Get back with the person that invited you to be here tonight and show Casey some love tonight. Thank you. You did a fantastic job, especially as your first one. I know she'll be coming back for more. Super proud of you. You guys get activated. If you if you care about your health, if you understand what this product can do, it's a gift to yourself. And I think every once you understand, if you know, you know. And share that gift. Yes, share the gift with people that you care about. So, Casey, thank you. Thank you, everyone, and come back Wednesday for the next one.

Kasi
