Welcome everyone to our very special wellness Wednesday meeting tonight. We are so glad that you have decided to join us. And if you're our guest, welcome to our Wednesday wellness section for tonight. We're so excited, and I'm so excited to have with me a special guest. But let me introduce myself. My name is Becky Taylor, and I am from Washington State, the northwest corner of Washington. And it does not rain all the time, but it's raining today. And so if you're somewhere hot, you could just you can be jealous of us, and on the other days, we'll be jealous of you. So, but uh it's a beautiful day here. I have been a beautiful day of rain, that is, because it's beautifully green here. I'll finish that sentence. But I have been with this company of Life Vantage for walking into my 11th year. And if someone told me 11 years ago that I would be sitting on a Zoom, introducing myself and belonging to a wellness company and having been a part of something that has changed not only my life, but now thousands of lives, because I said yes and talking to you today, I would not have believed them because I came from a background of real estate and I'm still a little bit in real estate. It's kind of on the back burner because this, what we're gonna be hearing tonight, is my number one passion. But 23 years in the real estate community, in the real estate business, I was the burnt out realtor when they found me 11 years ago. I was burnt out in my health. I was burnt out because we had we're a few years out of a very tough market. And I never knew when that next shoot boot was gonna fall and we were gonna have another crash. But my health was not in a very good place 10 and a half years ago until this company found me and I learned about the power of activation and what it does for the body. And I would love to share more of my story, but tonight it's not about me. Tonight it's gonna be about you and about how if you find yourself in a place that you need to start moving and taking some steps into a better version of yourself. Well, my special guest tonight, Dr. Janet, is going to help you and give you some very fun and wonderful insights of how you can take steps into a better pathway to create a better you. And I can attest to the fact that I feel better today in my mid-60s, roaring through that as a mom of four grown children and Nana of nine. I can tell you that I feel better today and in my life and in my health than I did easily in my 30s and even 40s and even 50s, believe it or not. And that I can find myself doing CrossFit in the gym several days a week and very active with my grandbabies. My life is a place that I never dreamt it would be, and I'm so blessed that it is. So I'm blessed and grateful that you're here to hear about what we're gonna be talking about tonight. But let me introduce to you a very special guest that I am so blessed to meet. And she's gonna give a little bit of her background of how she was introduced into this. But Dr. Janet, Janet Klein, has spent nearly 40 years helping people improve their health through chiropractic care, acupuncture, and holistic wellness. She has completed over a thousand hours of advanced education in nutrition and functional health, and is passionate about turning complex science into practical everyday solutions. Outside of her practice, she is a third-generation Arizona rancher, wife of 38 years. Hallelujah, and congratulations for that. Mom of three boys and grandma to 10 grandchildren. You got me beat by one. She brings both clinical experience and real life wisdom to this conversation. And I am just so glad you're here to be a part of it. So, Dr. Janet, it truly is my honor and my I just feel so blessed that I get to have this conversation with you tonight. So, welcome to Wednesday Wellness.

Thank you so much, Becky. And these are the things that I loved to do is educating on health. And you mentioned something about feeling better going into your 60s than you did and being able to do more and be more. And that's because we're aging backwards, because scientifically, our products have been proven to reduce that oxidative stress and everything else. So, anyways, we'll jump into why I'm here tonight. And yes, I've been a chiropractor for almost 40 years. I actually started chiropractic school in 1984. So, long time. And in those 40 years, I have been introduced to so many different biohacking therapies and so many different supplements and fantastic, the latest and greatest innovation out there, you name it, I've tried it because I want to be able to bring my patients and those that I love and care about, the best that's out there. So to back up what got me started in Life Vantage, I've only been in Life Vantage a year and a half when they launched the GLP. And this is for everyone out there that's considering or has ever been told no. When you know you're knowing and not know, it's a totally different and I and I have to thank Dr. Brett Brimhall for not giving up on me because he's a dear friend. I've known him for over 30 years. So from the time he got into Life Vanish, he called me up and said, Have you heard of Life Vantage? Da-da-da. And I'm like, No, but I'm in another company and I'm doing good and I don't want to switch and et cetera, et cetera. So every once in a while he would tell me, you know, we have this new product or this and that. I'm like, yeah, I'm still not ready to do anything different. But the thing about when you have total faith and trust in somebody, like I do with the Brim Halls, and I've known them forever. Anytime one of my kids or my husband needed something, I would call up Dr. Brett and say, Hey, my oldest son's going through this. What should I give him? And he says, You need to get him on Nerf 2. That was all there was at the time that I asked that question. And so I got it. My son even signed up for autoship, got it sent to him on subscription. And he said, Mom, I'm taking all of these supplements because we I have a cupboard and a counter full of really good supplements. He goes, I don't want to take one more thing. I don't want to take this. And I'm like, okay, don't. Because I didn't know the power of what was in that little blue bottle. Because Dr. Bramwell assumed, I'm a doctor, I know what nerf two does, I know what antioxidants are. I had no clue. I hadn't seen the ABC primetime investigator report. I just knew, you know, whatever he did was great. But I still said no and didn't convince my son to keep doing it, which would have been really beneficial. Well, then the collagen came out. I didn't know the collagen came out, but I called him and I said, hey, my husband's gonna have a complete shoulder replacement surgery, a reversed one, a really bad one. And I want him to have as best that he can going into surgery and after surgery to recover faster. What should I do? He says, Well, we just came out with this collagen. I want you to do that six weeks before in the protandum, get rid of the oxidative stress, lower inflammation, get his body as healthy as you can, going into surgery, and then continue taking it afterwards so he can recover faster. And I'm like, fine. I did. I ordered it, got him on it. He came through surgery. He didn't need pain medicine. He healed within two weeks of going to the orthopedic. The orthopedic surgeon said, What did you do to my husband? He said, Well, whatever my wife told me I needed to do. And the doctor said, You know, if I had you with for all of my patients, do whatever you just did for your husband, I would be like booked up for years because I don't see people like this that heal this fast and this well, and et cetera, et cetera. I still didn't get it. The light bulb still didn't go off. That was like three years ago when that happened. And I kicked myself because as a doctor, there's so many of my patients that I wish I would have got them on as three years ago, but I didn't. So fast forward, we're at a seminar, and he kept asking me, he said, you know, how are you doing in your other company? Are you doing what you want, et cetera, et cetera? And it started getting me thinking, am I really thriving? Am I really impacting lives like I want to? And am I really, you know, making what I want to make? And I it it was in the back of my head, I said, something needs to change, I think. But I still didn't kind of click then. But when he said, we're launching this new product called GLP1, and I said, Well, everybody's on GLP one. He goes, No, this isn't the shots, this isn't what's out there on the media, but that's why this is going to be really big, because this is all about activation. So we're going to activate your body to make its own GLP. There is all these research and benefits. We've been, I'm on the scientific advisory board, we've been planning this for two years, on and on and on. And I said, okay, I will try it myself because when you get, I'm 64, and when you get older and hormonal, and you're stuck, and you've tried everything and trying the and doing the right diets and doing supplements and doing everything, trying to lose your belly and nothing's working. I thought, I'm gonna give this a try. So within a week into it, I decided I need to tell more patients about this. And that's how my journey with life vantage started, was just because of that. I wasn't gonna even do the business at that time, but I thought I need to get this in the hands of all my patients. Then one thing led after another, on and on. We got back on the collagen, we got back on all of those things, and so I started really getting pretty good results. But in that, in January, just a year ago, my husband had another accident, fell six feet onto concrete, way high. He's 64, fell on the same side of the shoulder that he had replaced and put his arm down to break his fall. Broke his fall because he broke his arm, broke his wrist, and he had to drive two hours back home, took him to the hospital, wasn't in a whole lot of pain, but you could tell it was broke. And the coolest thing about it is that the orthopedic surgeon, I'm in a very small county, small town, and so everybody knows me. And he said, Well, he we're gonna have to cast him, and they did. But here's the thing in five weeks, he was out of his cast. Five weeks in his 60s, he didn't break anything else, not a hip, not ribs, not didn't mess up his shoulder, didn't do anything else, falling six feet onto concrete. I have three boys, and when they were growing up, we were in the orthopedic office quite a lot. They were never out of casts within five weeks. So I completely contribute this to the wonderful ways that these activators activate yourselves to make what they're supposed to make. And I'll stop right here and say, I'm not here to make medical claims or cure or treat or diagnose or anything like that. This is just personal stories that's happened in my life. So I don't know about you guys, but have you ever felt stuck in any of your health journeys? And it may not be that you want to lose weight, but it may be, I mean, we're talking about visceral fat that you can't see, and you've tried things, and you have exercised and eaten right, and and I mean, big time avoided sugar, done everything that we know that's out there right now that tells you to get healthy, and you've done it all, and you just can't get results that you're wanting. I mean, that was me, and I'm sure there's a whole lot. Well, this next uh story that I'm gonna tell you about, I'm gonna share my screen to show you, but I'll I'll give you a background story first. Rachel, uh she is an architectural engineer, she has four kids. She's an aerobic instructor, she does CrossFit, she doesn't do sugar, she eats really good, she goes and goes, she's on the go all the time. And yet she was struggling big time. She came to one of my meetings in November, uh just four months ago, however long November was. And her main issues when she came wasn't about losing weight, it was about her digestive issues. She was having a lot of digestive issues, it was affecting her memory, not memory, but her emotions. She was depressed and not just depressed, but like suicidal depressed, really, really, you know, not in a good space, and just stuck. And I've seen it over and over and over again with people that are trying to do everything right, and it just can't budge. So she started on the healthy edge, because we all know gut-brain connection and how powerful the gut brain connection is. And that was my main reason of suggesting that and axiom because her engineer mind has to do a lot of calculating, and she was really tired by the afternoons. So I said, Let's get you on that.

You're so welcome. So this is Rachel. This is before and after. She started in November, the end of November. And for the first three weeks, you know how I said the first stage of this is the detoxification. We had to do a lot of scrambling because she kept calling me within a week into it and says, Janet, I don't know if I'm going to be able to stay on this. And I said, What's going on? She goes, Oh, my belly is is going through this, and I'm going to the bathroom more. All of these different detox kinds of issues. And brain-wise, and and everything was getting so I said, you know, your body goes through a healing cycle at night. So let's start taking the protendum and the p84 at night so that while you're sleeping, you're not going to notice those, the, the queasiness and the stomach issues and things like that. And that worked for her. And so three weeks, she stuck with it, said, No, I need to feel better. But she noticed, she started feeling happier. She started wanting to do more. She was more emotionally sound and emotionally stable and starting to enjoy life. And the backup right now, her husband is deployed to Iran. That's another factor in this. She hasn't seen him in months before she started all this. He hasn't seen her yet. So she can't wait for him to get home. So talk about a lot of stress she's going through. But she became a totally different just walk in the room, light up, happy. When she came to my class in February, the end of January or February, might have been February, beginning of February. And I I didn't, she was wearing sweats and stuff, so she wasn't like in a bathing suit. But she says, I have something I need to share. And I said, Okay. And she said, Well, in December, the end of December, there was a contest that popped up, a fitness contest. It was a six-week challenge of where I could win a lot of money. And I decided to jump in because I wanted to win this. I needed to win this to be able to finish my master's degree, et cetera, et cetera. It was a big price. So remember, she's an aerobic instructor. She does CrossFit. She eats right. She was doing intermittent fasting. She wasn't eating sugar before she started on P84 and Protandum. That edge at the beginning of doing this, when that fat started coming off and the toxins that are released in the fat, where's my little fat blob? So you might have seen my video, but this is like 10 pounds of fat. She lost two of these, 21 pounds. So when you start shredding fat, everything that's stored in our fat cells, so all the environmental toxins and plastics and pesticides and everything we're exposed to on an environmental daily basis, that's stored in our fat. So when you are losing fat, You absolutely need to be on our nerve too because uh the biggest thing for that is for free radical damage and lowering oxidative stress and inflammation and helping you deal with fat loss. So I think that's what was helping her finally do this. But she had a personal trainer. She added weights because she says, I need to get tone, I need to build weights. And she did fasting, but she kept taking PAD4 and protandem every day, even when she was doing fasting. And her instructor, her trainer, said, You can't do this because you need more food, more calories to build muscle. Not only did she not lose muscle, she gained 4.2 pounds, almost five pounds of lean muscle, which is on some of these other things that are out there where people are losing weight really, really quickly like this, they're losing muscle, not fat. She lost fat. Like 11% body fat, six weeks. In six weeks. Now, like I said, this isn't just taking this product. And I wish the people that are listening to the podcast could see these pictures because they are amazing.

So what you're when you're talking about this this six-week challenge, these are results, aren't typical. She worked at it, but yet she did something that activated her body and partnered with the her body as it was being activated. I mean, she definitely took a lot of action. So it's not a simply going to melt this stuff off because bear weight bearing and all the things that are so important that she did. She combined it all. But this is such a, you know, Dr. Janet, this is such a beautiful example of how you partner with something that is going to be supporting your body's process. Her body wanted to do this. I mean, her body wanted and needed to release this and get into a healthier state. And talk to us a little just a tiny bit more as you're kind of going through when, when, when she as she was losing that weight, I think uh we were talking a little bit earlier, but dial just a couple minutes down because I understand this process. When you're losing whether it's your external fat or her visceral fat, which is the important stuff, these toxins that your fat store, it's those toxins are stored in your fat. And when that fat starts going away, these toxins are now blasting into your body. So we need something to go in and like the hazmat cleanup crew and gobble these things up. So that's kind of where you're talking about the healthy edge, the P84 and the NRF2 were absolutely critical for this whole weight loss, fat loss journey.

It's the synergy of working together because if you're going to be losing the fat and the visceral fat, visceral fat is fat you cannot see. It's around all our vital organs and in our arteries. And it's like so you can be skinny and have fat that you don't need in your body. So it's a matter of reducing that and by activating the peptides, activating those genes, activating all of that so your body can do what it's supposed to do and process it. But Nerf two is like the garbage truck. So Nerf two comes to your house and it takes out the garbage, and that's getting rid of the free radical damage and those toxins we're talking about. Nerf one is mitochondria, which gives you the energy. So that's kind of like the power company to keep your lights on. And then NAD is like your cell phone towers. She wasn't on the tricinergizer, but I recommend that to everybody because it's the package deal. And the other thing that she's starting on now is collagen. And she's adding the activated collagen because, and I'll quit sharing here so we can go back to looking at everybody. So she added she's adding the collagen now because when you start lifting weights and when you lose that much fat, collagen and our activated collagen isn't just taking a collagen. It again is activating the genes that turns on your collagen production. So now you have these fibrogen or these fibrous tissues that are everywhere in our body. It's in our intestinal tract, it's in our heart, it's in all of our joints, it's in oh, in between your discs, in your spine, anywhere, anything that moves and needs to be pliable and what you want firm. And you know, where do I begin? And what are those small, simple steps that I can take?

So I think with everyone that's on this call and everyone that's gonna listen to this at a later date, I think the most important thing is that you listen to your body because doctors are only as good as what you tell them. And so if you can be aware of what your own body's doing, whether you feel like it's more gut or brain, whether you feel it's whatever it is, it doesn't really matter. It just matters that you are aware of what's going on and you ask the right questions. It's I would recommend knowing that hypocrisy says everything begins in the gut, all diseases begin in the gut. Now that we have this fantastic product that activates everything I just went over, I would absolutely, that's my number one go-to is healthy edge to pro tandem at bare minimum.
